Design & Build Quality
In the Mivi Model E smartwatch, you get to see a stylish design, and the company has used curved glass, due to which the look of the smartwatch emerges.
You see a crown button to control it while sensors and charging points are given on the backside.
On the other hand, if we talk about its build quality, it is its most highlighted feature.
Surprisingly, the Mivi Model E has a metallic frame which is a fantastic feature at this price point. It gives the smartwatch a solid build quality.
Along with this, soft silicone straps are also available, which you can replace with any other 22mm strap.
Overall, the Mivi Model E impresses a lot in terms of design and build quality.
Display & UI
In the Mivi Model E smartwatch, you see a 1.69-inch square display with 240×280 px.
It is obvious that an AMOLED display will not be seen at this price point, but the quality of the display is decent, and you can get good colour accuracy.
Well, if you have a soft corner towards premium displays, you should look at these best budget AMOLED smartwatches.
Apart from this, you will also see 500 nits of brightness which keeps the display sufficiently visible in outdoor conditions.
You also get to see the wake gesture in this; although it is not as fast but works properly.
But one thing that might bother you is its bezels; in fact, you get to see thick bezels; as a result, the display does not provide a much better look when you use customized watch faces.
On the other hand, if we talk about its UI, you will not have any problem with it, the display is relatively smooth, and you will get to see a good experience. In this, you also get to see three different menu styles, a plus point from a user’s point of view.
Watch Faces
The Mivi Model E smartwatch has over 50 unique and exciting watch faces that can be accessed through its companion app.
At the same time, some built-in watch faces have also been given in the smartwatch, which you can use through a long tap on the screen.
Notifications
The Mivi Model E smartwatch does not support the calling function, but you will not have problems receiving texts, calls and social media notifications.
Its companion app allows you to control all these notification apps and decide which apps you want to receive notifications from.
While talking about call notifications, you can reject and mute them.
Additionally, this smartwatch does not support quick replies or emojis.
Health Monitoring
In terms of health monitoring, the Mivi Model E performs decently. However, you cannot expect accurate health monitoring from a low-budget smartwatch, and it is capable of providing an accuracy of 70-80%.
In this smartwatch, you get to see the following health parameters:
- Menstrual health
- SpO2 monitor
- Heart rate monitor
- Sleep monitor
- Step counter
During my testing, the smartwatch performed decently in heart rate tracking and spo2 monitoring but was inaccurate in the step counter. It also counts the movement of your hand as a step.
Also, you get to see a menstrual cycle tracker making it an ideal smartwatch for ladies.
Overall, don’t rely on Mivi Model E in terms of health monitoring, as you may not get accurate results in this segment.
Sports Modes
The most attractive aspect of the Mivi Model E smartwatch is the sports modes, as it comes with 120 sports modes making it a fitness smartwatch.
This smartwatch is IP68 water resistant, allowing you to use it in swimming.
Off-topic, here are some of the best waterproof smartwatches for more ideas.
Overall, the Mivi Model E is a great performer in terms of sports modes.
Battery Life & Charging
In the Mivi Model E smartwatch, you see about 5 to 6 days of battery life in typical usage, but you can use it for three days on heavy usage.
At the same time, it may take about 2 hours to charge.
App Functionalities
To connect the Mivi Model E smartwatch to your phone, you need to download the Mivi Health app.
This app allows you to analyze your health parameters and sports activity data, install new watch faces, and customize the smartwatch’s multiple settings.
Other Features
You can also see some additional features in the Mivi Model E smartwatch.
It has built-in games that can become a source of entertainment in your spare time. On the other hand, it also has a calculator that lets you do calculations on the go.
It also has essential features like a timer, stopwatch, weather, music, and camera control.
Who Should Consider And Who Shouldn’t
The Mivi Model E smartwatch should be considered by those who want to go for a very low-budget smartwatch and need only basic features.
On the other hand, if Bluetooth calling features matter to you, I suggest you increase your budget a bit, where you have many different options available.
By the way, you can also take a look at these BT calling smartwatches.
