Meanwhile, EKSA has also made its presence in this segment by introducing new gaming TWS earbuds in the name of GT1 Cobra.
I had these earbuds lying around for a long time which I have been using for quite some time but was unable to review them as I was busy testing the other gaming TWS like pTron Bassbuds Jade.
But now that the time has come, we will talk about it in detail in this EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds review.
How are these earbuds and should you spend your money on it?
In this review, I will try to answer some of the frequently asked questions honestly.

Design & Build Quality
First thing first, first impressions are really awesome, be it the earbuds or the charging box.
First let us talk about the charging box.
Its designs are similar to the mouth of a king cobra, due to which it has been named cobra.
Let me tell you that EKSA has patented its design, due to which you will see this type of design only in EKSA gaming earbuds.
The design of the box is very appealing to any gamer.
The gaming vibe has been created perfectly by the design which is a good thing.
On the front of the box you will find blue lights on either side which represent the eyes of the cobra.
On opening the box, we will get to see both the earbuds.
Even if you shake the box upside down, its TWS will not fall, which means that a very good magnet has been used in it.
The quality of the hinge is also very good, there is no problem in opening and closing.
And now let’s talk about the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds.
You will also get to see the EKSA branding on top of them.
Their design also creates a complete gaming vibe with glossy finish from the front.
Above them also you will see blue lights like charging box on both side.
Personally, I really liked their design and I am sure all gamers will like it too.
Overall, I find these to be the best gaming earbuds in design.
And on the other hand, if we talk about the build quality, then high quality plastic has been used and you will not get a chance to complain in this too.
Controls
Now let’s talk about some of the controls.
You have to tap once to attend the call and tap once will disconnect the call.
On the other hand, if you are listening to music, once tapped, the music will pause and once tapped, play.
Also, if you want to switch to the next music, you have to double-tap on the right earbud and double-tap the left earbud for the previous music.
By tapping on any of the earbuds 3 times, you will be able to activate the voice assistant, be it Google Assistant or Siri.
And the last control is to switch the modes.
The EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds have Music Mode and Gaming Mode which you have to press for 2 seconds to switch.
One thing that I didn’t really like about these earbuds is that you don’t get to see the volume control in them which is really a big drawback.
The absence of volume control in any gaming TWS doesn’t justify at all and then these earbuds also come in a slightly premium price range.
In such a situation, it was very imperative to have volume control.
Gaming Mode
The most important feature of the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds, which is why I am reviewing it, is its gaming mode.
In this you have been given a dedicated gaming mode, whose highlighted feature is its ultra low latency.
In this you will get to see the latency of 38 ms.
These are the fewest of the wireless earbuds I’ve reviewed so far.
And these are not only on paper, but in reality, there will be negligible latency in them.
Quite often such gadgets boast of very strong features and the reality is far beyond that.
But that’s not the case with the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds.
I have been gaming with them for a long time and I did not notice any latency at all.
In terms of latency, they give you the same feeling as wired headphones.
Which is superfine.
Sound Quality
The second most important feature of any wireless gaming earbuds is its sound.
You will get to hear very good sound in this EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds.
These earbuds are excellent in every aspect of sound except loudness.
In these you will also get good bass and good treble but I found the loudness a little less.
But let me clear you here that we do not need much loudness in gaming.
So the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds are made for gaming, not music.
But if you are looking for earbuds that are good at gaming as well as music, then you might be disappointed.
However, if you want to take it for gaming purpose, then you will not have any complaint in the sound quality.
Mic Quality
Now when we go for gaming earbuds, the biggest challenge is to find good mic in them.
Because without a good mic, you will neither be able to help your team in gaming nor your calling experience is going to be good.
The EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds will take good points in this matter as well.
The quality of the mic is really decent.
I personally liked it, they are the quality I was expecting from them.
And in my opinion, you cannot expect better mic quality with so many features from this budget gaming earbuds.
Battery Life & Charging
Now let’s talk about those gamers who do long gaming sessions and who also prefer smartphones with big battery life.
With the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds, you will get about 6 hours of battery backup which are decent.
Also, the charging case gives you 30 hours of battery life, which means you get a total battery life of 36 hours.
On full charge of the box, you will be able to charge these TWS up to 5 times.
And for charging, you get a Type-C charging cable with it.
Fitting & Comfort
In terms of fitting and comfort, the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds perform quite well.
These are made for long gaming sessions.
Wearing them, you can enjoy gaming for a long time without hurting the ears.
With these, you have been given 2 pairs of extra eartips, which you can use according to the size of your ears.
Connectivity
The EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds are built on Bluetooth version 5.0, so that you can easily connect them to any smart device.
I did not face any problem in connectivity.
In some TWS I have seen the problem that they get disconnected intermittently and then reconnect automatically.
And such problems are quite common in wireless gears.
However, since I started using them, I have not seen any such problem till now.
But if you face any such problem with these gaming TWS then please do tell in the comments.

EKSA GT1 Cobra Gaming Earbuds Review: Final Thoughts
If I look at the EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds according to their price, then I find it worth it.
The features it has are good and useful too.
And all the features will definitely help you in gaming especially the 38ms latency due to which these gaming earbuds are so popular.
Although the lack of volume control is a bit disappointing, but if you look at the rest of the features, it can be considered accordingly.
Plus, these EKSA GT1 Cobra gaming earbuds also come with a 2-year warranty which is a good thing.
