Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling Review: A Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch
In this blog, we will review the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch.
Let me tell you something.
I am a smartwatch aficionado and have tested a lot of smartwatches for quite some time now.
But for some time now I have been constantly testing a Fire-Boltt smartwatch because I found its features very attractive.
This watch is Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch.
Why is this smartwatch so special and who should get one?
That’s the thing, we will discuss in this particular blog post.
As the name of this smartwatch itself (Ninja Calling) suggests that it is a calling smartwatch, if you also want to go for a smartwatch equipped with a calling feature, then this blog is going to be very special for you.
By the way, if you are looking for a smartwatch in the cheap segment, our best smartwatch under 2000 rupees guide can be a good option to check out.
So let’s now talk about Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch in a more in-depth manner.

Design & Build Quality
First things first, I love the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch at first impressions.
Since in this we get to see the microphone and speaker, due to which its dial has been given a little thick.
Now, we get to see the polycarbonate plastic build, thereby this smartwatch is lightweight.
On the right side of the watch, we have been given the crown button next to which there is a mic that can be used for calling and voice assistant also.
At the same time, all the sensors, charging port, and a speaker have been given on the back side of the watch.
Apart from this, 22mm straps have been given in this watch which comes with a swappable feature, due to which you can also replace them with your favorite straps.
Let me tell you that the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch is available in 5 different colors (Black, Dark Green, Metal Gray, Rose Golden, and Silver).
In this smartwatches, all the colors are priced the same which is a good thing.
Overall, the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch lives up to the expectations in terms of design and build quality.
Display
The Fire-bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch comes with a 1.69-inch full touch display with a resolution of 240×280 pixels.
It is a 2.5D curved display which provides a better look to its overall design.
On the other hand, if you want to use it outdoors, you can easily do it because it has been given a brightness of 450 nits which works very well in outdoor conditions.
Let us now talk about some of the swipe functionalities of this smartwatch.
Swiping from top to bottom in the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch opens the toggle buttons like:
- Do not disturb (DND)
- Brightness
- Timer
- Shutter control
- Flashlight
- Settings
Also, as soon as you tap on the toggle button of the settings, we get to see some more options which you can see here below:
- Display
- Ring/Vibration
- Do not disturb
- Low power mode
- System
- About
And in this way, you can go through all its features and customize the smartwatch as per your convenience.
Apart from this, on swiping up, the notification panel opens where text or call notifications can be accessed.
On swiping to the right, we get to see the menu view, above which we will talk in the dedicated section.
And finally, on swiping from right to left, we get to see shortcut cards in which shortcuts like stopwatch and sleep tracking are seen.
Here we are also allowed to add any shortcut cards of our choice.
Usually, we do not get this feature in budget smartwatches but Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatches offer us this feature which I found to be a very useful feature.
In short, the display of the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch is quite good where we get to see very good colors although there are a few bezels that could have been reduced a bit in my opinion.

Watch Faces
We get to see multiple watch faces in the Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch.
Direct watch faces can be changed by a long tap on the home screen but only a few watch faces are given here.
To access the library of watch faces, you have to go to its app which not only has the option to select multiple watch faces.
Rather, you can also customize the watch faces to a great extent.
Menu View
In most budget smartwatches, we get to see only one menu view, but in Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch, we have been given two different menu views:
- Grid view
- List view
I personally don’t like the Grid view because accessing it is a bit complicated.
On the other hand, if we talk about list view, in most smartwatches we get to see list view which is very easy to access.
To access the menu view, we have to swipe from left to right where some options are given:
- Sports
- Phone
- Sleep
- Heart rate
- AI voice
- SpO2
- Exercise
- Weather
- Messages
- Shutter
- Timer
- Breathe
- Alarm
- Music player
- Stopwatch
- Flashlight
- Find my phone
- Games
- Others
Let me tell you that in the option of Others, we get to access display, watch faces, and menu view and from here we can also change the menu view.
Apart from this, there is also another way to change the menu view.
For this, you have to swipe down on the home screen of the smartwatch, where toggle buttons will be seen.
Here you have to go to the display option by clicking on the button of the settings, and the menu view of the smartwatch can be easily changed through the menu view option.
Connectivity
Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch has Bluetooth v5.0 which works up to a range of about 10 meters.
I have not encountered any issue with its connectivity till now.
However, to use it for calling, you will have to make some settings in it, only after which you will be able to use the calling feature.
After connecting Bluetooth, tap on the name of the smartwatch and after doing some additional settings, its calling feature will be enabled.
Calling
The most attractive feature of the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch is calling.
This smartwatch allows us to make calls for which it has to be connected to Bluetooth which we have already talked about in the connectivity section.
For calling you to have to go to the option of calls by pressing the crown button after which you will see three options:
- Recent calls
- Dial pad
- Contacts
And with the help of these options, you will be able to take advantage of its calling feature.
Let me tell you that if you have not kept the watch connected to Bluetooth and you get a call, in the watch you’re given the option to cut and mute the call.
Whereas to receive calls, you have to keep it connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth.
Look, this is a smartwatch under 3000 which is the cheapest price range in terms of calling features.
So we cannot expect the best calling experience from this smartwatch.
The quality of the mic and speaker are decent considering the price, although I would say that if you want a smartwatch for calling then you will have to increase your budget a bit only then you will be able to get a high-quality calling smartwatch.
Overall, we get to see a decent performance in calling.
Sports Mode
There are a total of 30 sports modes in the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch, which you have to go to the menu view to access.
Here you will get to see all sports modes in the option of Exercise.
To track the data of these modes, you can use the sports option given in the menu view.
But if you want to get information in detail then you have to take the help of the app.
Health Monitoring
Now if we talk about the health tracking features of the Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch, in this we get to see heart rate tracking, SpO2 monitoring, meditative breathing, and sleep monitoring.
I will say one thing here it is not accurate in health monitoring.
In this, we get wrong data which I have realized so far.
Although sometimes correct data is also shown but mostly we get inaccurate data which I found very disappointing.
However, if we talk about its price point, in this budget it is very difficult to get the accuracy of all the health tracking features along with the calling feature.
So we have to make some compromises.
App Support
You will need to download the Da Fit App to access the Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch.
This app is available on both Google Play Store and App Store.
The UI of this app is very simple and there are many options to access.
Through this app, we can track all our activities.
Let me tell you that you can also customize the notifications to a great extent, which I liked a lot.
Apart from this, we also need the app to access the entire library of watch faces.
Overall, this app provides us with a lot of flexibility through which we can customize our smartwatch according to our preferences.
In-Built Games
We have also been given a total of 3 different games in the Fire-Boltt Ninja Calling smartwatch.
- 2048
- Thunder battleship
- Young bird
We can play these games in our spare time.
Although I have never played such games on my smartwatch, but if you are looking for a means of entertainment, then this can be a good feature.
Here are some best games that you might find useful –
Voice Assistant
Another special feature given in the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch is that through this watch we can access our Siri or Google Assistant.
I’ve used this feature a lot and haven’t had any problems with it.
Comfortability
As I told you that it is made of polycarbonate plastic which makes it very light and gives us a comfortable feeling.
Also, the quality of its straps is quite good.
Battery
The company claims 10 days of battery life for the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatch, but if it is used in a normal way, we can get only 5 to 6 days of battery life.
Whereas if it is used for continuous calling, it provides a maximum battery life of 2 days.
To charge it, we have been given a magnetic charger, which fully charges the smartwatch in about 2 hours.
Here we do not get to see fast charging support as seen in the Noise Colorfit Pulse Grand smartwatch.
Other Features
Apart from all these features, some additional features have also been given in the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling smartwatches like an IP67 rating which makes it dust, sweat, and splash resistant.
In addition, useful reminders like drinking water and sedentary have also been given which make our daily life easier.
Who Should Consider
If you are looking for a budget smartwatch for calling, the Fire-Bolt Ninja Calling is for you.
Those who need lighter and more sports modes can also prefer it.
Also, an AI voice assistant is an additional feature that helps in making daily life activities easier.
Who Should Avoid
First of all, if the health tracking feature means a lot to you then you should stay away from it as I got a lot of inaccurate data from it.
For better health monitoring, you can check out this boAt Xtend smartwatch with Alexa built-in.
Also, if you are looking for a smartwatch with a slim and premium metal build, this is not the one for you as the dial is a bit thick due to the mic and speaker.
Instead you can go for boAt Wave Lite.
Now, let’s talk about the pros and cons as well.
